Hosted OCS 2007 has the capability to log and archive all instant message traffic passing through the server and store in a folder of Hosted Exchange account in Microsoft Outlook.

Multiparty Voice / Video Conference

Enables real-time status of users (based on calendar information, login/activity status, and user preference) to be displayed in Microsoft Office Outlook or Office Communicator across the organization to contact the right person by the best communications method.
Reply to e-mail with real-time communication
(Internal user only) Users can easily initiate conversations with contacts from Microsoft Office applications. In an Microsoft Office application, anywhere there is a presence icon, users can initiate or reply by an IM or voice conversation from the presence icon's drop-down menu.
Desktop Sharing
Enable users to initiate sharing, view, or take control of their desktops to users inside / outside of the organization. User can give control to other participants, deny control and stop the session.
